Maybe wellness has become one more thing to manage.

You've got the morning routine down. You've got a grounding technique for the spiral, a journal for the negative thoughts, maybe a meditation app that reminds you to slow down.

And you're still unwell.

You catch yourself doing the thing you swore you'd stop doing: saying yes when you mean no, scrolling to take the edge off, yelling at your kids, snapping at your partner over something small.

You know the tools, routines, supplements, and practices. You know how to keep pushing through your life and taking on more. But underneath your nervous system is running hot or shut down. You’re caught in cycles of over-functioning, keeping yourself to busy to slow down and feel.

Regenerative Breathwork™ is for people who know, somewhere underneath it all, that something has to give.

How can Breathwork help?

You can manage many parts of your health through sleep, food, movement, supplements, therapy — but if your baseline is constantly running high or shut down, none of it has anywhere to land. That's why the practices haven't held.

Your breath is the one part of your autonomic nervous system you can consciously direct. Everything else, your heart rate, digestion, even the stress response — runs without your input. Working with your breath deliberately, over time, is how you actually change that baseline, rather than continuing to try and manage everything on top of it.

WHat is regenerative breathwork?

Most breathwork you'll encounter is intense by design — big breathing, big releases, big experiences. And there's a place for that. But after years of working with people carrying complex trauma, I kept seeing the same thing: the intensity was too much. Clients were dissociating, shutting down, or moving through things so fast they couldn't integrate what had happened. They'd have a cathartic release in a session and feel no different a week later.

What I also noticed was that many of us are already running full tilt. Adding more intensity on top of that can feel potent in the moment, but it isn't the same as healing. Peak experiences are incredible — and they still don't create sustainable change.

In practice, Regenerative Breathwork™ is a healing technology where breath patterns are matched to what you're actually working with — fear, disconnection, anger, grief — alongside body-based practices that help you track sensation and emotion as it moves.

Regenerative Breathwork™ is slow by design. We pause when something needs pausing. There's inquiry woven in, so you're not just breathing. You're listening — building a relationship with yourself, learning your own signals, noticing what surfaces without needing to fix it or push it away.

How 1:1 sessions work

Sessions are 50 minutes, over Zoom. We begin where you are — talking through what's present that day, what your body is holding. I'm listening closely as we talk, tracking what wants attention, often noticing the thing you'd move right past on your own.

From there we move into Regenerative Breathwork™, practices chosen in the moment for what's actually surfacing. It's slow and I'm with you the whole way. We pause when your system needs it, giving you space to go as deep as you're ready to. You don't have to manage anything here. For once, you get to be the one who's held.

Afterward, there's space to land before you step back into your day. A single session can open something real, and this work deepens over time — as your capacity grows, your body learns it's safe to slow down, and you start to meet the version of yourself that's been underneath all the managing.
