Psychedelic Sessions
where we go deeper
Relational, body-based work that reaches the parts of you that have been waiting to be met.
For those who know there's more to their healing.
Welcome.
You've done the work. Maybe years of it — therapy, somatic practices, maybe even other psychedelic experiences. You're self-aware, you're committed, and still something hasn't moved.
Maybe you find yourself constantly in motion — too busy to slow down, reaching for your phone, managing and fixing and keeping everything together. Maybe your closest relationships feel hard in ways you can't quite name. Maybe there's grief, or loss, or a part of you that feels stuck somewhere in the past that can't quite catch up to who you are now.
Maybe you're just tired. Tired of riding the edge of your own capacity, that low hum of anxiety that says if you stop moving, everything's going to fall apart.
This work is for people who have tried a lot and know there's more to their healing.
WHat is PSYCHEDELIC-assisted THERAPY?
So much of what shapes us — how we move through relationships, what we believe about ourselves, the patterns we can't seem to break — lives beneath the surface of what talk therapy or even most somatic work can reach.
Psychedelics create an opening. They soften the mind's defenses just enough to let that deeper material become visible — not to relive it, but to finally meet it, within a safe and supported therapeutic relationship.
This work isn't only about resolving old wounds. It's also about feeling more alive — having greater access to choice, connection, and the parts of yourself that have been waiting underneath. For those of us with strong, well-earned defenses that made perfect sense once and now get in the way of how we want to live, the medicine creates just enough of an opening to move through them — with care, and in relationship.
You don't need to have done this before. You don't even need to be sure. If something in you is curious, that's enough to start.
Sessions in San Rafael, CA or online
I see clients in person in San Rafael, CA and offer a limited number of virtual sessions via Zoom. For clients working with developmental or early childhood trauma, in-person work is often the missing piece — the physical presence, attunement, and co-regulation that happens in the same room is something the nervous system can't quite get through a screen.
How it works
The work happens in three phases, offered as a complete package:
Preparation — We begin without medicine. We explore your history, your patterns, and build the foundation of trust that makes everything else possible.
Medicine Sessions — Ketamine requires a prescription from a licensed physician. I don't provide medicine of any kind, but I can connect you with trusted clinical partners. Cannabis is legal in California and self-sourced. What I provide is the container and the relationship throughout.
Integration — What surfaces in a session needs somewhere to land. Integration is where we make meaning of what arose and support it becoming part of your daily life.
Intensives in the Sierra Foothills
I offer a limited number of multi-day intensives at our family property in the Sierra foothills — preparation, medicine work, and integration over several days in an immersive setting. Immersions in nature create supportive conditions that are uniquely well-suited to this kind of deep work.
During these intensives you will have full access to our land to walk trails, hangout in the garden, or spend time with our sweet herd of mini donkeys. I will also give you local recommendations to special river spots and hiking trails.
Our town is a 3 hour drive from San Francisco, 5 hour drive from Los Angeles. The closest airport is in Fresno and is a 1.5 hour drive to the property.

I work with ketamine and cannabis, both legal in California. Ketamine requires a prescription from a licensed physician — I can connect you with trusted clinical partners if needed. Cannabis is self-sourced. I do not prescribe or provide medicine of any kind..
-
No. Most ketamine therapy uses a high dose with eyeshades and music — what's called the sitter model. This work is different. It's low dose, highly interactive, and deeply relational. The medicine is a doorway, not the destination.Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build.
-
No. What matters more is that you've done therapy, somatic practice, or personal inquiry — and that something in you is genuinely ready to go deeper.
-
Our work will likely feel very different from anything you've done before. Many people who come to this work have done ceremonies or journeys and still feel something hasn't resolved. That's exactly what this work is designed to reach.

If you've done therapy, somatic practice, or personal inquiry and something in you is genuinely curious, that's a good sign. We'll explore readiness together in our initial conversation. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

It varies. Some people move through preparation, medicine sessions, and integration over a few months. Others take longer. This work doesn't follow a fixed timeline — it follows your nervous system.
