You're highly intelligent, deeply creative, and you know something needs to shift - but you feel stuck.
If you're an artist, healer, parent, creative, or helping professional who's been keeping yourself too busy to listen to what your body is trying to tell you, these sessions are for you.
What we'll do together
Every session is uniquely tailored to what you’re bringing that day.
We begin by exploring your intentions and what feels most alive in the moment. From there, I’ll guide you through Regenerative Breathwork™ practices designed around your individual needs. Depending on what emerges, I may also weave in body-based inquiry, embodied writing, or nature-based practices..
This isn’t about fixing or following a rigid protocol. It’s about creating space to remember how to trust yourself again—your body, your intuition, your inner knowing. It’s about meeting yourself beneath the noise.
The work
My approach integrates trauma-informed breathwork with Somatic Experiencing© and body-based processing.
After 15 years of practice, I’ve found that our deepest healing happens in relationship, not only with ourselves, but with someone who can witness and hold space for what needs to emerge.
Whether you’re navigating relational trauma, feeling disconnected from your body, struggling with intimacy, or simply longing to slow down and listen more deeply, we’ll meet whatever’s present with attunement and curiosity. These sessions often include reconnection with the natural world as a source of healing and guidance.
Practical details
Sessions: 50 minutes via Zoom
Investment: $300 per session
Frequency: Your choice, single sessions, monthly, or more frequent support
Some people work with me once and feel complete. Many choose to meet regularly over months or years. There's no pressure either way, you schedule in a way that feels right for you.
What to expect
You might feel seen and heard in a new way. You might reconnect with parts of yourself you've been avoiding. You might feel a newfound sense of creativity and coherence.
